At Savrabodrum, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return policy carefully before initiating a return.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

2. Eligible Items

The following items are eligible for return:

Dresses, tops, pants, and jackets in original, unworn condition
Items with manufacturing defects or damaged upon arrival

The following items are not eligible for return:

Items marked as final sale
Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order:

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
Our team will respond within 1–3 business days with return instructions

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at savrabodrum@outlook.com. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at savrabodrum@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
